Questions and Answers About International Recruitment in Canada

Are you considering international recruitment for your manufacturing business, but don’t know where to start? Here are some answers to the most common questions.

How long does the international recruitment process take?

The process, from analyzing your needs to selecting the right candidate after interviews, can take 2 to 3 months. The time you then have to wait for the legal documents depends on how quickly your file moves through the various government agencies. The whole process generally takes between 12 and 18 months.

How many candidates will I have to interview?

We will send you a few more candidates than you have vacancies. These candidates will have been carefully screened from all the CVs we have received, so that you only spend your time with international workers who match the skills and the experience you are looking for. The skilled candidates we propose are workers we would hire for our own business.

I only speak French, can I still recruit internationally?

Absolutely! Our international team can provide experienced interpreters to assist you at the interview stage. And by the time you welcome your new international candidate, Recrutement International Kennebex will have made arrangements by liaising with local organizations. At every step of the international recruitment process, including the arrival of your new employee, we’ll be there!
